「私たちが神を愛したのではなく、神が私たちを愛し、 私たちの罪のために、 なだめの供え物としての御子を遣わされました。 ここに愛があるのです。」

 -1ヨハネ4:10-

どんなに素晴らしい行動や人助け、 自分を犠牲にして何かを成したとしても、「愛がないなら何の役にも立たない」と聖書に書いてあります。私達は愛を生み出すことができません。聖書には「神が愛です。」 と書かれています。

-神を愛する-

神様と時間を過ごす中で、私達は神様に愛されていることを味わい見つめ、 その真理に留まり、主はキリストを通して私達に何をして下さったのか、深く理解しまた経験していきます。この神様と親密な時間（デボーション）を持つことは私達の信仰生活の土台になります（ルカ5:16,詩篇34:8）。神様を愛するという教えは、まず先に神様に愛されているという真実によって全うされます。

-人を愛する-

聖書にある全ての律法と預言は「神様を愛し、人を愛する」という戒めにかかっています。神様の愛は私達が周りの人を愛することによって深められ、また磨かれ、私達の内に豊かに成長していきます。（ヘブル10:25）

「あなたがたに新しい戒めを与えましょう。互いに愛し合いなさい。わたしがあなたがたを愛したように、あなたがたも互いに愛し合いなさい。」

-ヨハネ13:34-

"This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins."

-1 John 4:10-

No matter how many wonderful things we do or how helpful we can be, and even if we give of ourselves to no end, the Bible says that "without love it is all meaningless.” On our own we are unable to produce love. The Bible says that “God is love.” 

-LOVE GOD-

When we spend time with God, we can taste and see His love. When we remain in the truth, we will know and experience deeply what Christ has done for us. Spending time with God and having an intimate relationship with Him (devotion) is the foundation of our lifestyle of faith (Luke 5:16, Psalms 34:8). The teaching to love God is carried out through the truth that God loved us first. 

-LOVE PEOPLE-

The law and the prophets are summed up into two commandments which is, “To love God, love people.” The love of God within us grows and refines us as we deepen our love for others (Hebrews 10:25).

“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you , so you must love one another.”  

-John 13:34-

「ついに、私たちがみな、 信仰の一致と神の御子に関する知識の一致とに達し、完全におとなになって、 キリストの満ち満ちた身たけにまで達するためです。」

-エペソ4: 13-

神様との親密な愛の関係にある時、 私達は成長していくことができます。

-イエス・キリストの姿へ-

自分や周りが期待しているような人に成長するのではなく、 イエスが愛、喜び、平安、寛容、親切、善意、誠実、柔和、 自制に満ちていたように、 私達もイエスの性質へと成長し変えられていきます。それは自分の頑張りや努力ではなく、 聖霊が私達の人生に実らせてくれる成長です。（ガラテヤ5:22-23）

-仕える心-

私達はただクリスチャンとして実績を積むために成長していくのではありません。自分自身が内側から整えられ、強められ、癒され、聖められることによって、主の栄光を表すことを願っています。（2テモテ3:16-17）

また、イエスご自身が仕えるためにこの世界に来られたように、私達がいつも仕える心でいるとを願います。神に仕え、人に仕え、また自分のいる場所に仕えていくことを通して、キリストの心が私達の周りに広がっていくことを信じています。

"...until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature,attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.” 

-Ephesians 4:13-

We are able to grow when we hold an intimate relationship with God. 

-IN CHRIST'S CHARACTER-

Its not about us growing into becoming like this person or that person, but just like how Jesus was full of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control, we too can transform into more of His character. (Galatians 5:22-23)

-IN SERVING OTHERS-

As Christians, our motivation for growth is not based on performance. Instead, it is our hope that the Lord’s glory will shine through us as He equips us, strengthens us, heals us, as well as makes us holy from the inside out. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

In the same way that Jesus came to the world to serve, we desire to always have a servant’s heart. Through serving God, serving people, as well as to serve where ever we may be, we believe that we can share Christ's heart all around us. 

「それゆえ、あなたがたは行って、 あらゆる国の人々を弟子としなさい。そして、父、子、 聖霊の御名によってバプテスマを授け、また、わたしがあなたがたに命じておいたすべてのことを守るように、 彼らを教えなさい。見よ。わたしは、世の終わりまで、いつも、 あなたがたとともにいます。」

-マタイ28:19-20-

「宣教」は日常から切り離されたものではなく、また、 自分のしなければいけないリストの１つでもなく、 毎日の何気ない日常にある私達のライフスタイルです。神様との親密な愛の中で成長する時、 私達のライフスタイルが主の栄光を表していきます。

-地の塩、世の光. 福音のメッセージを分かりやすく、そして勇敢に

私達は自分がそう感じていなくてもイエス・キリストにあってこの世界の光です。それは自分が作り出す光ではなく、イエスご自信の光を反映しています。この光が私達の置かれている場所で輝き、周りの人々が福音を知り、神様を見ることができることを信じています。（マタイ5:13-16）

-愛によって分かち合う. 父なる神の心を惜しみなく、またあわれみ深く

「あなたがたに新しい戒めを与えましょう。互いに愛し合いなさい。わたしがあなたがたを愛したように、あなたがたも互いに愛し合いなさい。もしあなたがたの互いの間に愛があるなら、それによって、あなたがたがわたしの弟子であることを、すべてのの人が認めるのです」

-ヨハネ13:34-35-

私達が互いに熱心に愛し合うことによって、福音が社会にまた世界に広がっていくことを願っています。 

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” 

-Matthew 28:19-20-

"Missions" is something that should not be detached from our normal every day, nor is it something that we add to our list of things to do, but rather missions is something that is naturally integrated into our lives. When we grow in intimacy with God, the Lord’s glory will shine through us and the way in which we live. 

-SALT OF THE EARTH, LIGHT OF THE WORLD. THE GOSPEL MESSAGE CLEARLY AND COURAGEOUSLY

Even if we may not feel it at times, we are the light of the world through Jesus Christ. This is not a light that we produce and shine forth, but it is Jesus himself that shines through us. We believe that this light shines where ever we may be, making the Gospel known and allowing others to see God. (Matthew 5:13-16)

-THE FATHER'S HEART GENEROUSLY AND COMPASSIONATELY

“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” 

-John 13:34-35-

We pray that through earnestly loving one another the gospel will go forth through out society and the world.
